The zombie villager's model breaks when Programmer Art is enabled

The bug

When enabling the Programmer Art resource pack, the zombie villager's model breaks regardless of what profession it holds. Its arms become invisible, and there are two chunks of zombie villager skin randomly floating at the top of their heads. It seems this issue has existed ever since snapshot 18w50a. I would also advocate that when fixing this, the old villager textures get added to the Programmer Art resource pack if possible, but more than anything I would just like to see this issue fixed.

Below are screenshots showing the model corruptions, F3 screenshots showing what version it was taken in, and showcasing that it began to occur in 18w50a.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be playing on any Minecraft version after 18w50a.

  2. Enable the Programmer Art resource pack.

  3. View any zombie villager regardless of its profession.

Observed behavior

Zombie villagers will possess the post-18w50a appearance and a broken texture and missing arms.

Expected behavior

Zombie villagers would appear as they did pre-18w50a when enabling the Programmer Art resource pack.
