Java and Minecraft won't talk to each other from what I can tell

I am having a very annoying problem with Minecraft: Java Edition not launching properly. I have tried many different solutions to no avail. I don't have any problems with other games, although I haven't tried any Java runtime games.

I ended up going through the system logs, and the best info I could find was the following. I attached [mediaInline] to this report; the total log is too long to post.
