Trial spawners no longer show their mob type in the tooltip

This behavior was introduced in 25w02a.

The bug

When you have a spawner in your inventory that contains a mob, its tooltip shows the mob type. However, as of a recent snapshot, this no longer happens with trial spawners; instead, the generic text of "this item can be interacted with spawn eggs" shows up.

This may be due to a disparity between monster spawners and trial spawners: the first one uses SpawnData on its NBT, while the second one uses spawn_data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go in Creative mode.

2. Place down a trial spawner.

3. Put a mob into the trial spawner.

4. Copy the trial spawner with Ctrl + the Pick Block key to preserve its NBT.

Observed behavior

The generic text will appear in the tooltip.

Expected behavior

The tooltip would say the mob type, as was the case in versions prior to 25w02a and as still is the case with monster spawners.
