[MC-298760] Experience bar does not fill

The experience bar does not fill on keep inventory wolrds upon meeting certain criteria. Mending tools repair as normal, however no experience is gained (the bug is not just visual).

This became an issue after conducting multiple trades with mending and unbreaking librarians and applying those books, as well as dying several times, and disenchanting and reenchanting diamond tools. Closing Minecraft and reopening it acts as a very temporary solution and very inconsitent fix to this problem. Dying does not help, nor does closing the world and reopening it.

Expected result: experience is gained as normal.

Actual result: Mending tools are repaired, but no experience is gained.

Are you wearing any armor pieces with the Mending enchantment?

Hello! From the video you've attached, your axe is also getting repaired after your pickaxe has reached full durability due to its mending enchantments. Can you please confirm that this problem still occurs without any tools or armor with mending in your inventory?
