[MC-299156] The text is bugging out changing color and duplicating behind itself along with textures of items and the character

Textures, for some reason, are turning red or green along with the text. And the items along with the character and they're doubling up behind themselves when it comes to the text

I’m having the same problem, and it’s happened several times. It has turned several different colors including neon yellow, blue, purple, and red. Sometimes it will stay white when the text duplicates but not usually. It seems to be completely random as far as when it happens. And it’s not limited to just when I’m in a game, the text stays glitched even if I disconnect. The only way to get it to stop is to completely close out of the game and restart, but it doesn’t help
