Description: The clouds vanish if you look through stained glass, stained glass panes, or tinted glass, normal glass does not have this issue.
How to reproduce this issue: build 3 up and 1 to the side, making an upside-down L, build this with glass, stained glass, tinted glass and glass panes (normal and stained), stand underneath each and look at the clouds through the glass.
Expected result: The clouds are visible through each variant of glass.
Actual result: The clouds are only visible through normal glass and normal glass panes.
I have attached 3 images, 2 are showing the clouds are invisible when looking through stained glass but they are still there and the other shows it slightly better with tinted glass and a gap in the glass where clouds can be seen (I forgot to include tinted glass in the first one).
