Lava Chicken music disc is marked as rare, unlike on Bedrock where it is uncommon

The new music disc “Lava Chicken” is marked rare on Java Edition, instead of Uncommon like on Bedrock. As most music discs are considered Uncommon and this disc is not hard to obtain, it should be downgraded to Uncommon.
