Ravager roars deal more knockback if the player blocks them with a shield

Ravager roars deal more knockback if the player blocks them with a shield.

To reproduce

1. Equip a shield

2. /effect give @s minecraft:resistance infinite 4 true

3. /summon minecart ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:ravager"}]}

4. Go into survival if not already

5. Walk into the ravager while blocking with shield. Do this repeatedly until it roars. Continue blocking the whole time.
   - You are knocked back several blocks

6. Repeat step 4, but this time stop blocking once the ravager is about to roar
   - You are only knocked back a couple of blocks

Note

The attached video shows what happens when you are airborne when hit by the roar, but this happens when on the ground as well.
