Hovering over the edges of a flip page button in a writable/written book GUI highlights it even though it's not clickable

The hover effect for the “flip to next page” button lights up despite being unclickable to click.

To reproduce, just go close enough to the button where it lights up without actually touching the bounding box, then try to click it.
