Visual glitches

After playing for a few minutes the screen freezes - just the visual aspects of the game freeze. I can hear myself walking, breaking blocks and all the sounds, but all I see is the frozen frame. I can’t see the game paused menu or inventory. After turning the game off and on again it sometimes lets me play a bit longer before it happens again. Started from version 1.21.5 and is more frequent on newest versions.

Visual glitches on text and textures, items visually disapearing from inventory, screen flickering. Generaly fixes itself after reruning the game, but becomes more frequent the longer I play. Started from version 1.21.5 and is more frequent on newest versions.
