Menu and hotbar keep disappearing and text glitches

The hotbar and the minecraft menu disappears alond with anything else that isn´t the game itself, you can still interact with things and go to the main menu, but you don´t see anything. Along with that, a lot of glitches appear that make the game text either red or black
