This error occurs mostly on servers. It may be triggered by entities with OLD NBTS, rendering worlds unplayable. Sometimes, servers may crash due to this strange error. Several friends are experiencing this same problem on the same server. They don't have any mods or plugins, just command blocks from 1.21.6..
According to some friends, this error has been occurring since the previous version.
This issue affects both multiplayer and single player.

Okay, I think I'll find the cause of the error.
Apparently, it's not the command blocks, but the entities with custom NBTs from version 1.21.5..
When you delete all entities from the world folder, the game proceeds to work correctly

It has nothing to do with it, it happens to several people, I'm doing tests and this error occurs in a flat world, with a small copy of the structure that has the commands from 1.21.6 - even affects the solo player
