[MC-299593] Whenever opening any gui (chat,storage,esc, etc.)k

i play on fabric 1.21.4 and recently have been having issues of fps and tps drops whenever opening a menu or gui i expected it to open the gui with no delay and spike but what happened was a delay with a massive fps drop

Bugs only present in modified versions are considered Invalid. Please contact the mod developers instead or test in a completely vanilla environment.

Also, outdated versions are not supported. Please test bugs on the Latest Release or the Latest Snapshot. (currently both 1.21.7)
