Error with the game interface

This error occurs at any time during the game, at first the items in the inventory disappear (they exist but cannot be seen, as if the pixels disappeared) later it affects the inventory bar where I cannot see what I have in my hand or my items, it also affects the game interface, when I press ESC I cannot see any option and I have to close the game with alt + F4 and start again, but I cannot play for more than two minutes without having to close the game again because of this error
