This bug usually happens about 5 minutes or less into play. There is no set pattern to triggering the bug. It usually starts with text becoming corrupted, then items in the inventory will become invisible. You are still able to see item count and tool tips when you mouse over the invisible item. After that, your entire HUD will eventually disappear, sometimes freezing the game.
f3+t does not fix this issue. This bug also happens with 1.21.6, curse forge, fabric, vanilla, clean install, modded, not modded.

This has been happening a lot, and I thought it was just me because of my pc. But everything seems fine and try to fix it, because I really thought I have a bad pc but when I come here to report the bug I saw that I wasn't the only one to experience this bug. I can't play normally due to this bug, and I try everything to make it less but it comes more frequently. First it starts by few items that I don't mind, but them my whole inventory goes invisible and sometimes HUD dissappear completely, and the only way to fix it is by restarting it. And it annoys me that I have to do this so frequently, that I can't play minecraft normally
Hello, I have the same problems as you guys, as you can see in the pictures bellow, since 1.21.5. Plus I am having some strange visual bugs where I can see inside a full blocks… I’m playing on a kinda old laptop with Intel graphics so it can be “just” a technical issue, but I hope it is a corrected bug.

I have been facing this issue too for the past few days.
First I notice visual glitches in the inventory, then some items will randomly become invisible from both my hotbar and my inventory (But I can still see their durability level and its details when I hover over the item with a cursor). Then the text will start getting corrupted, both in the inventory and the in-game settings menu. After some time, the entire HUD will disappear.
I have only been playing on 3rd party Aternos servers lately, so I don’t know if the bug persists in a normal single-player world. I have tired uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft as well as making a new server and transferring a previous save over to it. But the visual glitch still occurs. (Nobody else in that server is facing these issues so it is unlikely to be a problem with the 3rd party server hosting service itself).
