[MC-299788] Underwater, you can breathe without going out . Possibly after killing a salmon or any entity

When you are swimming, at least in a river, if you go a little bit high while being underwater your breathing bar fills up. Your hitbox deosn’t even get out of waer it just happens. No sound effect or nothing, u can still swim. It has only happened to me after killing a salmon and then going up a few blocks.
