[MC-299859] brown sheep dropping white wool

A naturally spawned brown sheep in a jungle biome, when sheered they drop white wool. I haven’t sheered any other naturally spawned sheep so I don’t know if this effects other colours

I was unable to reproduce the issue you described. Please verify that you don't have any data packs enabled that could be causing the problem. If you're certain you don't, please attach a screenshot or recording of this problem occurring while the F3 debug screen is enabled.
