Selection boxes of plain messages within dialogs can get cut off

The Bug:

Selection boxes of plain messages within dialogs can get cut off.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Display a dialog with a plain message by using the command provided below.

   /dialog show @s {"type":"minecraft:notice","title":"MC-299873","body":{"type":"minecraft:plain_message","contents":"Click Me"}}

2. Click on the plain message and observe the selection box that appears.

Observed Behavior:

Selection boxes can get cut off.

Expected Behavior:

Selection boxes would not get cut off and instead always fully render.
