Rapid input of RMB → F → Q while holding a block creates a ghost item that can't be placed and disappears.
Steps to Reproduce:
Hold any placeable block.
Press Right Mouse Button, then quickly press F and Q.
A ghost block appears in hand.
It cannot be placed and vanishes when used.
