[MC-299963] Lag spike when opening chest

its been happening since 1.21.5 but everytime I open a chest it lags so bad for like 100 milliseconds and no im not playing with mods and ive tested it on other worlds.

Can comfirm if i open any gui or some kind it gives a lag spike

If i open chest or shulkerbox
If i open inventory
if i open a villager interface
if i open the escape menu
