Thrown potions clip through happy ghasts while a player is standing on them

Steps to Reproduce:

1. summon a happy ghast.

2. stand on the happy ghast and let it hover in the sky

3. press shift and face down, throw a potion

4. you find the potion clipped through the happy ghast

Interestingly, if you slightly raise your head and try again, the potion will normally land on happy ghast’s surface.
