Steps to reproduce
Open the debug options menu with F3 + F5
Set as many options as possible to ‘Always’ until it overlaps with the buttons in the menu
Notice how the debug text renders on top of the debug options

I just noticed MC-300047 was posted slightly earlier, which means this report is probably going to be considered the same as that one, but it might also be related instead as it talks about a different menu.
