Monsters still spawn for a tick when spawning them with a Spawn Egg in Peaceful

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a world

2. Set it to Peaceful mode

3. Grab a Cave Spider Spawn Egg (or any monster kind)

4. Notice how the item description says “Disabled in Peaceful”

5. Use the Spawn Egg on the ground

6. Notice how it still spawns a Cave Spider for a single tick
