The Bug:

Copper golems with the “NoAI” tag can adjust their rotation and spin.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a copper golem with the “NoAI” tag by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:copper_golem ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Wait and observe if the copper golem adjusts its rotation and spins.

Observed Behavior:

Copper golems with the “NoAI” tag can adjust their rotation and spin.

Expected Behavior:

Copper golems with the “NoAI” tag would not be able to adjust their rotation and spin.
