f3 chart stays open while in ESC menu.

when i f3 then press esc, it stays. and i can open/close it inn the menu.

I believe this is Works As Intended, no? The f3 menu is now meant to be accessible from anywhere, including the pause menu and title screen

yes but it was automaticly getting closed or gets low opacity and goes under the menu layer.
