Players can use items while their inventories are open when the “Use Item/Place Block” option is set to “Toggle”.

This provides an unfair advantage during PvP.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set the “Use Item/Place Block” option to “Toggle”.

2. Obtain a shield and begin using it.

3. Open your inventory and observe how the item remains in use.
