Players can freeze while standing in powder snow despite the game being paused.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some powder snow and enter survival mode.

2. Go inside of the power snow and pause your game.

3. Wait around ten seconds and then unpause your game.

Observed Behavior:

Players can freeze while standing in powder snow despite the game being paused.

Expected Behavior:

Players would not be able to freeze while standing in powder snow when the game is paused.
