[MC-300230] Switching main hand in settings doesn't change which side of the hotbar the shelves are affecting

Might not really be a bug? But shouldn’t setting the main hand to left also change which side of the hotbar gets replaced when using powered shelves?

Or at least make it a setting maybe?
