The Copper Golem in the Java Snapshot ignores the NBT data from the items he sorts into the chests. For example, an Ominous Banner is placed by the Copper Golem into a chest that already contains a normal White Banner (Ominous Banners are White Banners with patterns on them and therefore different NBT data than normal White Banners). In the Bedrock Preview, the NBT data of an item plays a role when sorting by the Copper Golem, so why not in Java Snapshot. The same problem also exists for Ominous Bottles and other items with different NBT data.
