Skeleton's Bow Renders Incorrectly When Attacking Players

Somehow, skeletons aren’t able to use bows correctly, because when they attacked me, their bows remained down at their sides, instead of raising to aim at the player, me. Sometimes when I hit them, the bow corrects position on the skeleton’s arm.

Environment

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load up a survival world in 25w31a

2. Wait for skeletons to spawn

3. Get them to attack

4. Observe their bows

Expected Results:
The skeleton's should raise up with its arms and remain still when targeting the player.

Actual Results:
The bow does not raise, and remains at the side of the skeleton, moving like it would when it's walking and not shooting anything.
