Held item positions are synchronized between entities of the same model in view

When a copper golem performs any animation with a held item, other copper golems in view “copy” its animation. This issue is not exclusive to copper golems; it also affects other entities such as mobs (pillagers, skeletons, …) and players.

i think the module for every mob that holds items and uses them to attack like the skeleton or is like the copper golem but also foxes are the only mob that are not affected while holding a item in their mouth

you gotta look at the second vindicator at

the second vindicator attacking to see it

I have found this issue as well.

yeah so Rember when in one of the 1.16 snapshots when the hoglins hoofs would go crazy when punching them well its the exact same thing but different mobs

This is weird. When you hold an item that has the same nbt list (for example #minecraft:logs) the item re-appears to be hold correctly
