[MC-300652] Cannot crouch while the players feet are inside a block

You can’t crouch if your feet are inside a block. The easiest way to showcase this is with a gravity block. If you create the contraption in the video and put sand so that it falls on you, you won’t be able to crouch

Environment

Created a new world to make sure my old world wasn't causing the issue, but even in 1.21.8, without mods, the issue still happens

Wow, I think it is normal that we cannot crouch in sands in the fact world.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-148390, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has been resolved as Won't Fix, which means that although this is considered a bug, it will not be fixed.
