Shelves are not added in the Building Blocks category

The new Shelf blocks are not added with the Building Blocks, along with the other blocks.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Craft a shelf, or if you are in Creative mode, get a shelf.

2. Hover the cursor over the shelf item.

3. In Creative mode, open the inventory.

4. Go to the Building Blocks tab and try to find a shelf.

Expected result:

• The item description should include Building Blocks in addition to be a Functional Block.

• In Creative Mode, you should find the Shelf of the corresponding wood type.

Actual result:

• The item description only displays Functional Blocks.

• In Creative Mode, you cannot find any Shelf blocks in the Building Blocks tab.
