[MC-300749] All Lightning Rods are shown in the redstone tab of the creative inventory

The Bug

All variations of the lightning rod are shown in the redstone tab of the creative inventory instead of just the waxed variations.

Observed Results

All the lightning rods are in the tab

Expected Results

Only the waxed lightning rods would show like how only the waxed copper bulb
