However, this issue is Invalid

Due to it involving the use of third-party software that interferes with the application. 

• In this case, MSI Afterburner modifies system-level behavior (e.g., GPU performance/overlays), which can directly impact stability and normal functionality.

Since this software alters how the application runs, we’re unable to treat this as a reproducible issue on a clean, supported setup.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

• Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.

• A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.

• Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.

• If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Invalid.

To summon a dummy with the same skin as the one your using it needs to be done by using the /summon minecraft:mannequin ~ ~ ~ {profile:"YourUsername"} command.
