I can't switch "Redused Debug Info" off

Please read the debug features here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-25w31a that were recently added and see if you have the information toggled off that you are expecting to see.

In Settings I have “Reduced Debug Info” toggled “off“ but in debug options when I want to toggle options like “biome” or “heightmap“, it says that thoose options are not visible when debug info is reduced.

There are two “Reduced Debug Info” options in the game, one is located in chat settings and one is a game rule called reducedDebugInfo. Make sure both are turned off (set to false).
