Blocks with high light levels override end flash skylight tint

The bug

Blocks with a high light level such as torches can completely override the end flash purple lighting, looking unnatural on certain scenarios.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the end.

  2. Place some torches.

  3. Set your brightness below 50 for easier reproduction.

  4. Await until an end flash spawns.

Expected result

The purplish tint would persist at high block light levels.

Observed result

The purplish tint disappears at high block light levels.
