Bees in the End now hide in their hive when it's raining in the Overworld

Bees used to work endlessly when they are in the end dimension, regardess of weather and daytime. But due to the skylight change in latest snapshot, bees in the end now hide in hive when the overworld is raining.

Steps to reproduce:

1. place a hive and summon a bee in the end

2. send command /weather rain or /weather thunder

3. observed the bee goes back to hive and stays inside
