/spreadplayers does not check the coordinates of the teleported entitys, which may cause a crash when unreasonable parameters are used.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Create a new world and make sure the cheats are enabled.

• Execute the command /spreadplayers 33552991 0 0 16 true @e.

Expected result: The game should refuse to execute the command, or the teleport destinations should be progressed correctly.

Actual result: The game returned an unknown error, and then crashed.
