i cant play the game it says i dont own it but i know i do with the right gmail

i bought the game like 4 years ago i did migrate my accounts from java to microsoft and i open the launcher and all of a sudden it says i dot own the game im a 100 precent sure i already bought the game with this email and i have proof that i bought the game
