Items lose their components when their item type changes

When changing the state of the object (for example, a bucket of water -> an empty bucket), all its components (spells, attributes) are lost. This happens in version 1.21.8.

Steps for playback
1. Take an item that has a changed condition (for example, a bucket of water).
2. Rename it to the anvil so that it gets the Minecraft component: Custom_name.
3. Pour water using a bucket.
4. Please note that the subject will change its condition from Water_bucket to Bucket, and its name (component) will disappear.
