[MC-301153] Copper tools take a bit longer too show up + Some lag

The copper tools take longer to show up, when i scroll trough my inventory the copper tools take forever too show up and theres a lot of a lag on this version

(Dont mind the music IKK its tuff but just focus on the tools they take so long to show up so i tought it wuz a bug so i just wanted to report it)

This happens with all items that slow down your attack speed.

The items take longer to appear because they are combat items, which have a cooldown. This cooldown varies from item to item, however all tool materials are affected by this.
