Snow Golem pumpkin is stored as a boolean, rather than a head equipment slot

Whether or not a snow golem has a carved pumpkin on its head is handled as a boolean value. This is unlike other entities, such as armor stands, in which the thing on its head is handled as head equipment.

Can be fixed by deprecating this boolean and making the equipment field handle this instead.
