skin and cape being overriden by Alex in the launcher and Noor in game both without cape

When selecting a skin in the minecraft launcher (Launcher for Windows Windows 10.0 3.18.26 viernes, 8 de agosto de 2025, 18:36:01 5431ca5cbab3c8c19fa853125ae76bb08c506f43) firstly capes aren´t appearing in the launcher despite having them and visibly appearing in http://minecraft.net/es-es/msaprofile/mygames/editskin while being singed on, when entering a single player game the skin is chaged to the default skin Noor

Also skins and capes appear or the launcher_customs_skins.json

Included all launcher logs I know in .minecraft folder

Sorry if there is something in spanish but I wanted to repot the bug in english for better support
