And they're different player heads with their skins. The ISP says the same thing, it's a game problem, and so we get into a loop.

So everyone here uses Movistar?

I just connected to Movistar and we changed ports and IP and the problem continues. Logically, it's a problem with Minecraft, Mojan, Microsoft... not the internet provider.

When the skins are blocked it produces http error code 451. This means it is blocked for legal reasons. Whatever these are, that is down to your ISP. They’re the ones that do the blocking. Not Mojang.

so is it movistar problem? this bug happens to me since i have movistar.

For now, all that we know is that we are Movistar clients, my gf is Vodafone client and she can see the skins perfectly. So we can assume that is a Movistar issue.

So we just need to call Movistar then?

@Greymagic27 I’ve been talking about this in the “Movistar“ forum (Movistar is the company that provides the ISP that is causing the problem) and someone said that might be because Mojang load the skins with http and not https, and could be something different of a ISP error.

Here to say and update, we have discussed it within the Movistar company it has come to attention this is most likely an issue with both sides.

I have tried changing the DNS and other things but it wont budge or work whatsoever.

So there's nothing we can do then?

Hi my solution for this problem was to use Cloudflare WARP and to delete the folder assets from %appdata%/.minecraft/assets and join a server and started working for me again but everytime I enter without Cloudflare WARP all new players with other skins gets back to defaults

What response codes do you get if you call the 2 following URLs using curl or something similar (not using a browser since Chrome etc will redirect you to the https version)?

It seems that yeah using https works if using http we get
HTTP 451 Unavailable For Legal Reasons and chrome automatically redirects to https that it works as you say @etanaratsastaja

When are they going to do something about this? They just leave it to the people like if they didn’t care. I also called Movistar 2 days ago and there hasn’t been any changes, they haven’t even called back like they said they would. They didn’t even reply to the ticket I opened in the Minecraft help page, they just closed it without any response. Is this the support Mojang offers us after PAYING for their products? All they do is saying “call your ISP” but Movistar doesn’t seem to be doing anything and Mojang doesn’t seem to care either.

I also found out that the http site randomly works for just some minutes (2-3 minutes) and then stops working again. It happened a few times today. The https site always works. While no other http websites I have tried seems to have any problem at all, which could be a hint it’s indeed a problem between both sides and not just our ISP.
