I can't see my skin, while the others can see it.
Other skins are shown correctly. I tried changing the skin in the launcher and on the website, but it seems like it doesn’t save.
I even tried to reinstall Minecraft and Minecraft Launcher, and there are no changes.
After reinstalling and rebooting my PC, now I can’t even see my friends' skins, any random default skin is shown as well.

It's not duplicate, I see one of the default models.

This is not a duplicate. Skins aren't loading in official servers or in singleplayer either. Completely vanilla client, and reinstalled several times all Minecraft, even deleting all ".minecraft". Also I have tried installing minecraft and other computers to see if it is a local issue, but the problem still persists. I have checked a thousand times my skin on the web, and it's all fine.
Conclusion: I cannot see my skins, neither the other people skin.
