This is not a duplicate. Skins aren't loading in official servers or in singleplayer either. Completely vanilla client, and reinstalled several times all Minecraft, even deleting all ".minecraft". Also I have tried installing minecraft and other computers to see if it is a local issue, but the problem still persists. I have checked a thousand times my skin on the web, and it's all fine.
Conclusion: I cannot see my skins, neither the other people skin.
