Got logged out again today and yesterday.
I am logged in the same account on microsoft and the launcher.
I’m using the MS store version, which I think is the windows 10 version.
I tried deleting the .minecraft folder and uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher, this did not work.
What is the legacy version and why would that help?

It’s still happening, just got logged out again. Last time I played was yesterday.
I fixed the shortcut issue. Apparently you can’t drag and drop the app when you’ve searched it, only when you scroll down to it in the menu. I will reply again if the login problem persists.
I’ve reinstalled the launcher and now I have a new problem. The install didn’t create a desktop shortcut and now I can’t find the minecraft lanucher/.exe file ANYWHERE. The only way I can open minecraft now is via the start menu. So this is just great (not).
Please help.
It’s not in appdata, I don’t have a “windows apps” folder, it’s not in xbox apps, it’s not in C: minecraft launcher, the only .exe file I can find doesn’t have any icon but does open minecraft. WHERE IS THE LAUNCHER??
