Vertical display translations are always ignored on shelves

The vertical translation in model display settings is now always ignored for the on_shelf display context, regardless of the item alignment on shelves. This differs from the intended behaviour of 25w33a which states in the changelog:

  • If false the items on the Shelf will ignore the vertical translation of the on_shelf item display transform and will be rendered vertically aligned to the middle of the Shelf

  • If true the items on the Shelf will be rendered upward from the bottom of the Shelf and will respect the vertical translation of the on_shelf item display transform

Steps to reproduce

  • Download and activate the example resourcepack (attached)

  • In 25w33a, place a cube block in a shelf (e.g endstone)

  • Place another cube block in a second shelf with the align_items_to_bottom blockstate set to true

  • Notice how the endstone is shifted upwards in the bottom aligned shelf as expected

  • Now in 25w34b, place a cube block in a shelf

  • Place another cube block in a second shelf with the align_items_to_bottom nbt tag set to true

  • Notice how the endstone is not shifted upwards as it should for the bottom aligned shelf
