Copper Golem gets permanently stuck trying to pathfind to a chest above.

Copper golems can get permanently stuck while trying to pathfind to a chest above them, even when other accessible chests are nearby.

Steps to reproduce:

1. build the formation shown in the video

2. summon a copper golem somewhere behind the stair (as shown in the video)

3. use the /tick command to speed up the game

4. place another copper chest nearby

5. observe the copper golem

Observed result:

The copper golem tries to pathfind to the copper chest above and gets stuck behind the stair

Expected result:

copper golem is able to successfully pathfind up to the chest or the copper gives up after a while and goes to a different nearby chests
